Young carers

There are several ways of improving your life if someone close to you is ill. Talking to an adult you trust may make you feel less alone. Sometimes it may feel better to talk to somebody you do not know so well. You can contact your school welfare officer or a youth clinic.

Youth clinic

At Huddinge youth clinic, 13 to 23-year-olds can receive support and help from counsellors. The centre can help you if you need to talk about something that is worrying you.
